CREPES

Crepes are thin, pancake like, unleaven cooked, browned batters, that create a foldable bready-omlette-like  edible wrap that can be either savoury, sweet, or plain and may be filled or combined with condiments and sauces.

BASIC Recipe to be jotted down

CREPES:METHODS OF FOLDING AND PRESENTATION
 Garnishing methods:
A) ingredients arranged on top
B) other ingredients on the side
C) sauces drizzled zigzag etc.
D) simply poured over
E) heart-shaped, cross shape
F) thinly drizzled as writing (God bless etc.)
G) Rolled/Folded and cookie cutter cut out shape, filled. Excess/discarded cut put on side arranged with sauce etc.
H) Pinned with skewer or cocktail stick, or a plastic drink stirrer (lollipop shaped) decorated eg with message, or icon etc
